    Website Terms

    1. About our terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Fferyllwyr Llŷn Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). They apply to your access to and use of the website and any associated pages, services, or content made available through it (together, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms, you should stop using the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When updates are made, the revised version will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be amended. Continuing to use the Site after updated Terms are published indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    2. Using the Site

The Site is intended to provide information about pharmacy services offered by Fferyllwyr Llŷn across our seven community pharmacies on the Llŷn Peninsula and Gwynedd. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

We make no promise that the Site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK. If you access the Site from outside the UK, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.

You must not use the Site for activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, introducing malicious software, or interfering with the operation or security of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is suspected.

    3. Your privacy and personal information

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, your rights, and how to contact us or the supervisory authority.

    4. Ownership and intellectual property

The intellectual property rights in the Site and in any text, images, video, audio, software, or other material submitted to or accessible from the Site ("Content") are owned by us and our licensors. All rights are reserved, whether registered or unregistered, anywhere in the world.

Certain elements of the website infrastructure, technology, software, and design systems may be owned or licensed by PharmAppy Services Limited. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or republish material from the Site without prior written permission from us or PharmAppy Services Limited where applicable.

    5. Accuracy of information and availability

Information on the Site is intended for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but cannot promise it will always be free from errors, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance. If you require medical advice about your health or medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional, speak to one of our pharmacists in branch, or book an appointment. We may suspend or terminate operation of the Site at any time.

    6. Hyperlinks and third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

    7. Our responsibility to you

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including losses resulting from reliance on information, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access. If we breach these Terms or are negligent, we are liable for foreseeable loss or damage you suffer as a result.

We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, not caused by our breach or negligence, or that is business loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

    8. Events beyond our control

We are not liable to you if we fail to comply with these Terms because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    9. User responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree that any information you provide will be accurate and not misleading, and that you will not attempt to disrupt the Site or use it in a way that could harm Fferyllwyr Llŷn, its systems, or other users. You are responsible for ensuring the devices you use to access the Site have appropriate security measures in place.

No one other than us or you has any right to enforce any of these Terms.

    12. Variation

No changes to these Terms are valid unless agreed by us in writing or made in accordance with this clause. We may vary these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be displayed on the Site, and by continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by them.
